The Homestead is on the Market
I signed up with Charlie Dunn today. The cost of houses is just too high around here for me to feel comfortable owning one, since I'm hoping to retire elsewhere. I think I'm going to take some crazy person's money and run. I plan to rent for awhile.

Wow! You know, the apartment complex where we used to live is pretty good, if you don't mind college kids having barbeques every once in awhile. Or were you thinking of renting a house?
Congrats! A good decision. hope it sells quckly for you and then you will just have to travel all over the country visiting everyone until you find the spot outside of concrete land that you want to settle. Good luck

I'm remembering all the construction you did on it--remembering when I got to help...the experience is coming in handy now on my own house!
A very large and very courteous family just passed through and really seemed to like the house. Several of the children and adults were quite excited about the attic room. Their realtor said she was going to call Charlie tonight and make an offer.
